We are seeking an expert communicator who is a self-starter with the ability to work in a high-energy environment. A person who understands the value and impact of clear, engaging employee communications to support a fast-growing business. The ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously managing a complex set of internal stakeholders is essential. The successful candidate is an experienced, savvy content developer with strong interpersonal, communication, and outstanding time and project-management skills.

• Understand internal employee communications goals across various functional organizations such as HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations. Make yearlong communications plans, calendar aligned to these objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to develop content (photo, video, and written format) to optimally share messages across all Internal Communications modes – email, video, intranet, internal townhalls/conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience developing Internal Communications strategies and executing against them.
• Exceptional writing and communications skills for varied channels of employee engagement.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with various leadership and roles across divisions and business lines.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced.
• Work samples or portfolio required for consideration.
