The IT Operations Manager for Enterprise Access Management (EAM) team would be responsible for managing a team of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Security Engineers within a large, complex, global security environment. This individual is responsible for governance and operations support of IGA solutions. This individual will consult with other teams such as ISRM architecture, SOC operations, Information Security & Risk Management, Risk and Controls Group, and other application team leaders to support overall Information Security policies and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Leading a diverse on-site and remote team that is responsible for the support of the IGA platform.
Work with internal and external auditors providing information as required for compliance.
Help develop and drive short term and longer-term IGA operational strategy and roadmap.
Utilize effective people leadership and influencing skills to successfully deploy IGA solutions and meet overall ISRM mission.
Establish, document, and communicate IGA services, capabilities, policies, and procedures to key stakeholders.
Drive velocity and improve efficiencies in delivering IGA solutions driving adoption.
Stay abreast on latest technology and industry trends, threat and solution landscape and update peers and management accordingly.
Work with Managed Security Service Provider, contractors and vendors for services and licenses partnering with appropriate teams.
Help define or refine platform KPI’s are met and ensure potential violations are addressed ahead of time.
Oversee change management by ensuring plans are complete and submitted on time, then following up on issues encountered with maintenances to better the process.
Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Critical Skills:
Demonstrated operational support experience (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing).
Experience leading the delivery of functionality and services on time, within budget while still meeting business needs.
Experience in managing, implementing, and maintaining Identity Access Tooling
10+ years overall IT experience
3+ years of leadership experience
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of Identity Access Management and IGA Tools is strongly preferred.
Strong, proven critical thinking skills and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion.
Proficient in analyzing requirements, resource estimation, and allocation.
Excellent in team leadership and team-based critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and oral, written communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization.
Ability to self-manage on tasks and mini-projects or improvement efforts.
Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to translate business drivers and priorities into security design, policies, and procedures.
Results driven, and able to collaborate with management and colleagues to share the responsibilities for achieving an end-to-end solution for customers.
Strong attention to detail which ensures that customer requirements are met and that a high- quality standard is achieved.
Provide technical perspectives to other architecture functions to ensure that solutions effectively leverage infrastructure capabilities and services and integrate with them.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
