We are looking for a Financial Systems manager with proven experience with ERP implementations, optimizations, and consultation. The ideal candidate provides a unique combination of functional and technical expertise and proven delivery experience with order to cash, record to report and procure to pay processes.
Responsibilities- Participate in business and functional requirements sessions, identifies gaps and recommends solutions to current leading practices whenever possible.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP modules, features and capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements within the ERP solution, including alignment to configuration and/or design of customizations within the ERP
- Configure the ERP solution to meet business needs, including but not limited to order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and financial reporting
- Performs technical analysis and solution design activities for business processes, customizations and integrations
- Develop and execute feature and capability roadmap
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Collaborate across technology, business and vendors to align on functional business requirements, ensuring the needs are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered
- Effectively balance commitments according to prioritization, communicating anticipated deadlines to manage timeline and expectations
- Acts as a point of escalation for project stakeholders
- Establishes a relationship as a trusted advisor
- Lead and motivate project team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
- Maintains current detailed knowledge of ERP functional footprint and customer solutions that extend ERP functionality
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies in capability delivery
- 7+ years of ERP implementation/consulting experience
- Strong understanding of ERP modules for order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
- Experience in leading user training
- Deep financial expertise is required
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong experience leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of FinancialForce, NetSuite or Workday Financials
- Experience with Value Added Resellers (VAR) is a plus
- Experience with Professional Service organizations is a plus
