The Senior Manager, Facilities will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and operational oversight of the organization's real estate and facilities. This role includes managing property leases, maintenance, security, vendor relationships, and ensuring that all locations support the organization's business needs and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for managing the organization's real estate portfolio and facilities, aligning with business objectives.
- Lease and Property Management: Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and the management of all property-related matters to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors for services including maintenance, security, and utilities. Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
- Sustainability and ESG Leadership: Lead the adoption of sustainability and ESG best practices within real estate and facilities management. Includes promoting energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring compliance with green building standards. Develop strategies to align the organization’s real estate operations with its ESG objectives, including sustainability reporting. Oversee the implementation of environmental policies and the measurement of ESG performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilities Operations: Ensure the operational efficiency of all facilities, including maintenance, safety, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for real estate and facilities operations, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Real Estate and Facilities team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Mininum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
Required Experience: Proven experience in real estate and facilities management, including experience in a leadership role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
