What you get to do in this role:

Senior Manager - Digital Technology - Source-to-Pay Product Management, will be responsible to:

  • Provide technology leadership and drive Source-to-Pay technology transformation roadmap and execution in the fast paced environment
  • Bring 'out of box' thought leadership to take Source-to-Pay to the next level of process efficiency and automations to scale us thru our next phase of growth
  • Manage IT applications for Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Manage and nurture relationship with business teams and their satisfaction with IT delivery
  • Partner with senior leadership on business side in setting strategic direction & OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), ensuring the efficiency of core processes and aligning with ServiceNow enterprise technology direction
  • Operate in a 'Product Mindset' mode that puts Source-to-Pay users and their customers at the center of all programs, processes and systems design, delivering best in class experiences to achieve set OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in Source -to-Pay area to drive business process improvements
  • Partner with business and enterprise & solution architecture group to select right technology platform and solutions for source-to-pay. Take effective buy vs. build decisions based on the business requirements and products available in the market place.
  • Lead, direct and conduct, as applicable, various business workshops to drive business process assessments, requirements, standardization
  • Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology
  • Effectively initiate, plan, schedule, control, lead and deliver multiple complex and high priority initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and building effective business partnerships / relationships
  • Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to the business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
  • Work with the Development/QA team to build/test relevant applications based on business requirements, need
  • Influence and drive System Integrators (SI) strategy and approach to cater to deliver business objectives through technology initiatives
  • Keep leadership updated by providing regular reports on various initiatives and OKRs progress.
  • Lead and continue to develop a team of techno-functional professionals across multiple locations and time zones ensuring continuous qualitative delivery and maximizing systems effectiveness
  • Inspire and motivate team to set the bar higher, take appropriate risks, take ownership & accountability
  • Remove roadblocks, close gaps, manage/mitigate risks to ensure delivery on time and on budget

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in the role of Business Process Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Architect and IT Applications Manager
  • Experience in SAP source-to-pay products such as S4/HANA, Ariba, OpenText-VIM is must
  • Experience / exposure to ServiceNow Finance and Supply Chain products will be added plus
  • Experience and understanding of SaaS business environment
  • 3-5 plus years of experience in the role of Manager / Sr. Manager
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
  • Deep expertise and working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards to Source-to-Pay and Internal IT operations
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in both waterfall and agile methodology
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment
  • Problem solving expertise and analytical skills with complimentary written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with analyzing complex information and reporting status to executive leadership in a concise and consistent way
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in managing technology partners, vendors
  • Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study.
