The opportunity

The Senior Manager, Compliance, Projects & Analytics is responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering, analytics and special projects for the Global Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) Department. This includes department wide data analysis in support of Teva’s GC&E program. This role will prioritize GC&E system requests and enhancements in support of process improvements, automation and digital solutions and will be the subject matter expert and owner of GC&E’s Risk Dashboard.

Occasional travel required (10% Local/Domestic)

Location: Remote (anywhere in the United States.)

How you’ll spend your day

• Work in close partnership with the GC&E Leadership Team and other colleagues, to support the creation of a long-term strategic plan to manage and enhance the program’s capabilities though data, systems, and processes
• Coordinate and deliver special projects as requested from GC&E LT
• Serve as a key point of contact to plan and coordinate GC&E wide analytics requests
• Under the direction of GC&E leadership, organize and maintain departmental data in support of evaluating the effectiveness of the program
• Identify gaps or issues with relevant data and recommend remediation activities
• Analyze and review of key metrics to support ESG key performance indicators and reporting initiatives
• Serve as key point of contact, evaluates, and prioritizes systems requests and enhancements, automation, and digital solutions
• Create annual plan that incorporates requests and enhancements aligned to larger GC&E system and process needs (e.g., EngageMate, MonitorMate, Transparency)

Your experience and qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. (Master’s Degree or PhD preferred.)
• A minimum of 5 years combined pharmaceutical, legal, regulatory, and/or compliance experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with large data sets; ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate across functional areas.
• Direct experience working with IT and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of OIG’s expectations of an effective compliance program, and DOJs guidance for evaluating corporate compliance programs.
• Ability to think objectively using sound reasoning principles.
• Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences and in different contexts.
• Experience working under a government agreement (e.g., CIA, DPA).
• Global program experience.
• Experience managing others.
