Senior Manager, Client Development - Client Service Center

Louis Vuitton Client Service is searching for a Senior Manager, Client Development. This role will be responsible for the focus of CLIENT DEVELOPMENT activities across the Client Service Center (CSC) in partnership with the existing CD structure.

We are looking for an individual who embodies strong skills in the development, mentorship, and refinement of team selling behaviors, including client recruitment, retention, and elevation! In addition, the ability to integrate new technologies, and workflows into existing business practices and translate these strategies clearly throughout the organization.

• Lead efforts of Client Development with the overall objective of strengthening the ability of our CSC teams to retain and recruit clients through building one-on-one relationships with clients.
• Lead and drive performance of Client Services top selling teams and Client Development strategies through the direct leadership of CD Team Managers and Leaders
• Collaborate with Retail Learning on opportunities to reinforce CD messages to CSC teams.
• Stay abreast of Retail Client Development priorities and vision for seamless collaboration.
• Cultivate entrepreneurship within the team to drive results in key category performance – RTW, LG, WJ and High-End Categories
• Set expectations with the Client Development team leaders for client outreach and engagement (including appointments) and empower the team to achieve them.
• Leverage reporting to drive % of sales and RR to meet targets.
• Work with the Director of Client Experience and Client Development to create outreach collateral (email templates, images, videos, etc.) for CSC to drive cross-selling and appointments.
• Implement CSC-specific plans to level set team abilities, identifying key areas of improvement.
• Create development plans on specific CD challenges incorporating performance and follow-up benchmarks.
• Maintain strong internal and external partnerships with CSC Sr. Managers and regional Client Relations teams.
