As the Senior Manager, Capital Finance at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work closely with the front-end and assembly & test controllers, as well as the Operations planning organization, to challenge the global CAPEX budget, balancing the need to ensure that critical investments are made in a timely fashion to support Micron's long-term revenue growth while meeting high return on investment, capital efficiency, and cash flow requirements. With $10 billion annual capital spend, this is an ideal position for an experienced finance leader accustomed to working in a fast-paced multi-national environment where strategic influencing and outstanding eye for business are critical skills.

You will report to the Director Finance, OPEX & CAPEX Controller and collaborate with global departments within Finance (Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury etc.) and across the company at all levels of the organization (including C-level) to help optimize Micron's financial performance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

+ Drive for best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, establishing internal objectives, and driving accountability throughout the organization

+ Optimize capital allocation with the goal of enhancing return-on-investment (return on investment) for the company

+ Develop an impactful team and resilient organization, including resource planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, and developing succession plans

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, Micron accounting policies and practices, and other relevant rules and regulations

+ Partner with finance and operations collaborators to develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs

+ Collaborate with other leaders and teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred

+ Additional professional qualifications (CPA, CFA or equivalent experience, CMA) preferred

+ At least 10 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)

+ At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teams

+ Strong analytical skills and eye for business

+ Proven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA)

+ Demonstrated capability to build highly effective and engaged teams

+ Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills
