The Platform Acceleration Group (PAG) Business Operations team, within the Technology organization, focuses on driving operational efficiencies and operationalizing Intuit’s Platform Strategy across PAG.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can influence without direct authority, has the desire to have a signicant impact on the business, and possesses the ability bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. As a Business OperationsSenior Manager, you will work alongside leaders and steward our Technology Ecosystem operating rhythm, manage PAG’s strategic planning process, and lead strategic programs that drive organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Be the steward of the Tech Operating Rhythm, including drive Tech Tuesday operations and managing operational excellence leadership op mechs. Identify ways to streamline the operating mechanism to drive both accountability and efficiency
- Lead strategy projects and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Partner with the sponsors and accountable leaders to shape and drive an initiative-level strategy, defining and authoring initiative input and outcome goals and other strategy papers and presentations
- Use data to assess progress to plan outcomes and use independent judgment to provide insights; communicate progress, trends, and insights to stakeholders
- Work across PAG teams and cross functional teams to enable work, set pace, and surface blockers that need resolution or escalation
- 5-7+ years in Business Operations, program management, strategy, consulting, or communications, ideally in the technology domain
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for leadership-level audiences, visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. Able to explain complex topics and convince teams and executive stakeholders to take action
- Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
- Exceptional project management skills working across all levels of the team and time zones
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate across with team members across varying levels
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and data-backed approaches to resolve, combining creativity with a keen business sense
- A broad understanding of technology and software development, either through a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or through equivalent practical experience is preferred
