SalaryNesco Resource is looking for a Senior Level Maintenance Managerfor a Metal Extrusion Client in Livonia, MI. This is a Direct Hire role. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
Shift: 1st Shift, 5am to 3pm, Monday through Friday
Salary: 80-100k, Open to negotiations per level of experience
Job Duties:
- Oversees and manages the Maintenance Department for both site locations
- Ensures all maintenance goals and services meet industry and customer quality standards.
- Plans and implements corrective actions to correct safety and production issues.
- Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities for all facilities.
- Maintains manufacturing assets and facility including parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.
- Spearheads the Maintenance and Reliability initiative that mainly focuses on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance versus reactive.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Performs consistent maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
- Contributes to ongoing continuous improvement for all maintenance systems.
Position Requirements /Qualifications:
- 10 years of working experience in Maintenance Management
- Engineering degree and/or experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechatronics, required
- Expansive knowledge of planning maintenance operations, extrusion processes, machinery and equipment launches
- Proficient understanding of technical various aspects including Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of ISO regulations and Maintenance Management Systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Commute to multiple company facilities and customers.
- Perform duties assigned include but not limit it to extensive standing, sitting in office environment.
