```Duties```
- Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness, income, and debt-to-income ratios.
- Guide clients through the loan application process and provide them with information on available loan options.
- Collect and review financial documents from clients, such as tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess the risk associated with each loan application.
- Prepare loan packages and submit them to underwriting for approval.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure a smooth closing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must Bring In Leads, Sales, Minimum 4 a month
- Must Network with Local and national clients, internal and external clients alike
- Must Network with local business, and companies, to brand company awarness and connections

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations and 10-key typing.
- Excellent credit analysis skills to accurately assess borrower's creditworthiness.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the loan process.
- Proven sales ability to effectively promote loan products and negotiate terms with clients.
- Familiarity with FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines for conforming loans.
