We are looking for an additional team member to help us broaden our outreach to support seniors while consistently providing the highest standard of service. The service area will be Northern VA, Montgomery County MD and surrounding areas.

Schedule:
Full-time
Flexible schedule, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Requirements:
Team player
Exceptionally strong communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills with the fortitude to reach out to build new relationships daily while positively fostering existing relationships
The ability to create your own schedule that produces results
Ability to spend the majority of work hours on the road and in healthcare settings
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed

Preferences:
Sales experience required
Knowledge of the Senior Living industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of age & health related diagnoses, Medicare & Medicaid helpful
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:
100% commission with unlimited earning potential
Paid training for the first month
Phone allowance and mileage reimbursement, per agreed upon terms

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $48,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
