Senior Living Advisor

The Senior Living Advisor role is a full-time position that covers Montgomery Co., Prince George’s Co., Southern Maryland, and surrounding areas. The Senior Living Advisor will be responsible for working with seniors and their families to determine their needs and preferences, touring facilities, and providing information and guidance throughout the decision-making process. Additionally, the responsibilities of the Senior Living Advisor include building and nurturing relationships with senior care providers, creating leads, networking, and engaging in community activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of Senior Living options and healthcare terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in gerontology, social work, nursing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Senior Living, healthcare, or related field
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors and families

• A candidate should possess customer service, communication, and healthcare industry knowledge skills
• A candidate should possess sales, relationship-building, and account management skills
• A candidate should possess knowledge in gerontology, social work, and nursing
• A candidate should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
