Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior Living Advisor. The Senior Living Advisor will be responsible for helping seniors and their families find the perfect retirement communities or assisted living facilities. They will maintain professional and empathetic relationships with the residents and family members, and will communicate progress and updates throughout the Senior Living search process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Senior Living Advising, Healthcare, or Social Work, with an interest in Gerontology
- Knowledge of the Senior living industry and awareness of trends and changes
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and utilizing CRM software for management of workflow and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, work collaboratively, and consistently meet deadlines
- Able to maintain empathy and professionalism while providing assistance and guidance to families and seniors
- Active listening skills and the ability to connect with different people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
