Key Internship Experiences:
- Pursue a career in the financial services industry while being guided by a mentor and working as part of a team
- Learn the systems and processes to be a successful financial advisor
- Understand the basics of personal and business finances; we will also work with you on your own personal Financial Plan
- Assist financial advisers in preparing for client meetings, including developing presentations for clients and prospective clients
- Learn insurance and investment products available to solve specific client needs
- Sharpen your skills in communications and marketing to help build your personal and professional brand
- Strengthen and enhance your analytical skills
- Organize and coordinate targeted marketing programs, financial planning seminars, recruiting events, and client appreciation events
Requirements:
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in college preferred
- Prior sales and/or financial experience a plus
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualified to work in the United States for any employer

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Knowledge of litigation and electronic discovery and disclosure processes and practices in a law firm environment.
- Knowledge of electronic discovery and disclosure systems and image capture, viewing, presentation technologies, such as DISCO, Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, Brainspace, Axcelerate, Opus Magnum, Litera Litigate, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with DISCO or other advanced electronic review applications, artificial intelligence (AI) for electronic discovery, Continuous Active Learning (CAL), predictive coding and technology-assisted review (TAR) workflows strongly preferred
- Experience working with external service providers to coordinate collections and processing of client mobile data, ephemeral messaging data, and cloud-based data sources, such as Android and iPhone messaging applications, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, WhatsApp, WeChat, Slack, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Computer programming with tools such as Visual Basic, C++, HTML helpful
- Knowledge of SQL, .net, XML, and Concordance CPL helpful
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft Access, their design and use is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of various data storage methodologies, effective methods for harvesting information from those sources using evidentially defensible methods, strategies for converting harvested data to reviewable form, various review methodologies and systems, including vendor-hosted ASP solutions, and methods of effective electronic production
- Knowledge of automating legal processes
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate to non-technical audiences the lifecycle of litigation information and data, determine the feasibility of automating matters, and implement recommended solutions
- Ability to assist users in determining specific application requirements, manage the implementation of these requirements and, when necessary, learn new technologies that meet these requirements
- Ability to handle high stress situations and deal successfully with conflict
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel in a clear manner
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent assignments
