Salary range: $120-180k (Depending on experience)
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.

We are offering a job opening for a Senior Litigation Paralegal who possesses an in-depth understanding of state, federal, and International Trade Commission (ITC) court regulations, as well as litigation protocols and both traditional and electronic discovery procedures.
Job Description:
Position available for a Litigation Paralegal with extensive knowledge of state, federal, and ITC court regulations, litigation protocols, and all facets of the discovery process, including e-discovery.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Proficient in research and organizational tasks.
Capable of multitasking in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented setting.
Strong proficiency in Excel and various databases.
Patent trial experience is advantageous.
Requires a four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
The Paralegal will report to the Litigation Paralegal Lead and Practice Operations Specialist.
