EvenUp is a venture-backed generative AI startup that ensures injury victims are awarded the full value of their claims, expanding the $100B+ in awards granted to injury victims every year. Every year, the legal system has made it difficult for millions of ordinary people to seek justice, especially for folks without means or who come from underrepresented backgrounds. Our vision is to help these injury victims get the justice they deserve, irrespective of their income, demographics, or the quality of their legal representation.

EvenUp operates across all types of injury cases, from police brutality and child abuse to California wildfires and motor vehicle accidents. Our ML-driven software empowers attorneys to accurately assess the value of these cases by doing a core part of their workflow (legal drafting), enabling them to secure larger settlements in record time. As EvenUp evaluates more cases, our proprietary data grows, enhancing the precision of our predictions and delivering more value to both attorneys and victims alike.

As one of the fastest growing startups ($0 to $10M in ARR in <2 years), we raised $65M in investment from some of the best investors in the world (Bessemer, Bain Capital, Signalfire, DCM, NFX, Tribe Capital), seasoned tech executives (i.e. founder of Quora, SVP at Google, former CPO at Uber), and public figures that care about our social mission (Nas, Jared Leto, Byron Jones). Our team comes from top tech, legal, and investing backgrounds including Waymo, Google, Amazon, Uber, Quora, Blizzard, Norton Rose, Warburg Pincus, Bain, and McKinsey.

We're hiring our first  Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager now:

In the past year, our GTM team grew from 5 to 30+, and as we scale, we are looking for impactful and thoughtful customer marketing campaigns to provide a wonderful client experience while helping to maxmize LTV. We're looking for a creative and data-driven Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives that transcend customer expectations. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working collaboratively with our Sales and Customer Success teams, this role will be instrumental in crafting and delivering exceptional customer journeys.

As the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager at EvenUp, you will:

  • Funnel Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze the customer journey for optimization opportunities and develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates at all funnel stages, including implementing A/B testing and data-driven refinements.

  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Create post-purchase engagement programs for customer retention, develop and manage loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases, design and execute delight campaigns to enhance loyalty, and promote and manage customer referral programs.

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Craft campaigns to upsell and cross-sell products/services, collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify upselling opportunities, and personalize marketing efforts to maximize messaging and engagement.

  • Integrated Marketing & Email Campaigns: Own and optimize nurture and customer marketing roadmap, including audience segmentation, content, and ongoing performance improvements across channels.

  • Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data analytics and cohort analysis for informed decision-making, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, and leverage customer lifetime value (LTV) insights for strategy refinement.

You come to the table with the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Lifecycle Marketing, customer marketing, retention, and customer success roles, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

  • Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation and enrichment tools.

  • Analytics: Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory, with R, Python, and/or SQL proficiency preferred. 

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and project manage across teams. Strong expertise in owning and managing relationships with vendors. Previous customer-facing work is a plus.

  • Creativity: Ability to produce, iterate, and test innovative and original ideas.

  • Process-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to adhere to design and project workflows, ensuring consistency and quality in all work.
