Position Overview
We are looking for a senior-level all-source intelligence analyst to join our team at the USSTRATCOM JIOC at Offutt AFB NE.
Responsibilities
At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience. Job responsibilities include:
  • Maintain situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable planning, and authoring intelligence products for the USSTRATCOM HQ Staff, assigned Component Commands and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience preparing, integrating, briefing, and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessment in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues. support for plans and JIPOE analysis.
  • Develop intelligence collections requirements and provide feedback and evaluations to IC reporting
  • Provide analysis supporting Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic targeting efforts.
  • Maintain Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis and support to briefings, papers, and presentations.
  • Experience conducting near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning.
  • Support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance #Avantusclearedjob
  • Direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least eight (8) years are on all-source analysis, or 12+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience.
  • Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required.
  • The status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption
