Job description

The Senior Analyst of Provider Networks Learning & Development will work with the team, SMEs, and stakeholders to support the design and development of L&D work products for the entire Provider Networks org. This Senior Analyst will report directly to our Manager of Learning and Development under Provider Networks.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead and manage webinar, scheduling, and other logistics for internal learning programs
  • Maintain library of training materials to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information is available to our learners, leveraging the LMS platform
  • With minimal oversight, support the design and development of learning resources including quick reference guides, program guides, videos, etc.
  • Leverage industry expertise to provide high quality deliverables in line with Aledade policies and procedures
  • Serve as the lead for drafting and sending communication to learners across programs
  • Manage timelines to develop learning products such as e-learning, videos, resources and training materials completing them on or before the deadline
  • Deliver virtual instructor led training sessions for our L&D programs with minimal supervision
  • Monitor and own the scope of work for learner assessment surveys, overseeing the administration, tracking of completion and reminding learners to complete the survey as needed
  • Support the development of role-based learning pathways and professional development for department staff
  • Assist in creating and integrating core competencies into new or existing learning solutions
  • Design and develop digital learning solutions to support our learning programs
  • Extreme attention to detail across a variety of work activities, independently creating and utilizing checklists, SOPs, project management trackers, etc.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all learning platforms (i.e. LMS/LXP and team intranet pages)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of instructional design models, such as the ADDIE model or similar framework
  • Experience in creating learning and development approaches for adult learners utilizing a variety of training methods and tools
  • Experience developing interactive e-learning products with minimal oversight or support
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and to consistently meet deadlines and expectations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals
  • Strong people skills and ability to engage all levels of the organization
  • Experience serving as a trainer for live instructor led trainings
  • Able to manage day to day work with minimal instructions on new assignments
  • Demonstrate appropriate judgment, recommending solutions when roadblocks arise
  • Demonstrates constructive, collegial interactions when working across multiple departments
