Senior Land Tech

Responsibilities will include analyzing and processing contracts and leases; processing lease payments and wire transfers; prepare, mail and track documents including leases, contracts, new well and workover proposals; prepare, distribute, and track internal correspondence and notifications concerning non-operated proposals and elections; prepare, process, route and monitor AFEs and land/legal invoices, internally and externally; create and maintain Lease Provisions and Division of Interest for new units/wells; preparation of exploration agreements; maintaining and updating internal reports and maps; providing technical administrative support to the Land staff.

Minimum 5 years' experience preferred, relative to the position as described, at a Land Technician or Sr. Land Technician level is required. Must have good working land experience, be able to multi-task and is self-motivated with proven ability in prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team oriented with a 'can-do' positive approach to work; adaptability, an ability to quickly establish and maintain relationships (at all levels in the organization), and a high standard of ethics is required. A minimum of a High School diploma or GED with related work experience is required.
