Job Description
Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a senior-level Labor & Employment associate or partner with a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation for our client's law firm at the Orlando, Florida office.
Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
Florida Bar Required.
