Senior Knowledge Analyst - BCG Health Care Systems
Join our global team at BCG as a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in the Health Care Systems group within the Public Sector Practice Area. Collaborate with case and proposal teams to provide expertise, insights, and knowledge assets. Serve as a thought partner to solve complex issues and support the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets.
Work on commercialization efforts, contribute to marketing, and assist in training junior colleagues. The Health Care Systems Sector focuses on transforming health care systems to improve people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate relevant research and analytical approaches for state health policy
- Maintain knowledge assets and tools based on client contexts
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

- Propose innovative ideas and navigate complexity
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of consulting experience in state health policy
- Experience in public sector proposal writing
- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
