Overview
Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise Voice, Video and Cloud hosted telephony and other Unified Communication Services, along with problem and configuration management related to IT operations and support
  • This is not a supervisory role

Responsibilities
Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
  • Managing the Enterprise Voice, Video and Cloud Hosted Telephony services
  • Responsible for administration, management and monitoring of all voice equipment such as Voice servers (On-Prem and Cloud), Gateways and End points (Physical phones, Softphones)
  • Performs technical analysis and administration tasks associated with Cisco voice routers, and collaboration servers
  • Assist with all telecom duties which includes circuit management, DID assignments and troubleshooting
  • Configure Cisco conferencing devices
  • Install and build out conference rooms
  • Configure and maintain Webex platform, Zoom Conferencing and Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with video conferencing infrastructure which includes administration and troubleshooting
  • Handle support tickets associated with collaboration technologies
  • Support contact center platforms
  • Maintain EFAX Admin portal
  • Supports mobility(cellular phones)

Qualifications
  • Experience in Cisco networking with voice and video architecture
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies
  • Experience with Webex, Zoom and MSTeams
  • Hands on experience with conference room buildouts
  • Experience in maintaining Video/VoIP for large enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and configuration on with SIP, T1/E1 and POT's line configurations and troubleshooting CUBE, Client, H.323. Expertise and hands on technical experience with the Cisco collaboration portfolio including WebEx/WebEx Calling, Unified CM, Expressway, IP Phones and Video Endpoints
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Collaboration suites and experience in managing meetings and voice
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex system hardware, software or networking related problems.
  • Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience

Travel Requirements
Up to 5% travel based on vendor requirements
Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $84,000.00 to $118,667.00 per year
