Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive specializing in Major Projects within the commercial construction sector, your role is pivotal in acquiring, nurturing, and delivering large-scale construction ventures. You will focus on securing contracts for high-profile, transformative projects, forging key client relationships, and championing our construction solutions. Your primary goal is to not only meet but exceed ambitious sales targets while playing an integral part in our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification and Generate Leads:

Accountable for proactively identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities and business relationships within the designated territory.

Partner internally with project manager, operations, and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction.

Identify potential clients and markets for commercial constructions.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Effectively oversee and strategize the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Experience in construction sales is a must for this position.

Consultative Selling:

Understand clients' business challenges and project needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions.

Present proposals and solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Client Relationship Management and Book of Business:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in your book of business.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention within your book of business by delivering exceptional service.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Market Expansion:

Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.

Develop strategies to penetrate new industries and regions.

Sales Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Use CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

At least five years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in commercial construction.

A valid US driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple locations is a mandatory requirement.

Strong understanding of construction projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team and self-motivated and results driven.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Compensation:

There is no base pay initially. However, After the successful completion of your first qualified deal, your will have a base per month, in addition to any eligible commissions.
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, providing the opportunity to maximize your income without any imposed earnings cap. Target to earn (TTE) in this position is about $140,000+ year.
