Job Description:
The company is implementing advanced supply chain planning capabilities of RapidResponse software and the ability to writeback planning data into SAP S4. The project scope includes configuring RapidResponse supply chain software with the new business process capabilities for demand and supply plans across all products and then writeback the updated plans to SAP for execution. The project scope includes building interfaces between RapidResponse and SAP and deploying the capabilities to various sites, and business units.
Requirements:

• Advanced planning and optimization, rapid response supply chain management, broad understanding of SAP, pharmaceutical supply chain exposure, advanced planning and optimization tools such as Rapid response SCM tool.
• Strong leadership, presentation skills, attention to detail, and expertise in similar supply chain technology projects.
• Must have experience in implementing supply chain planning software systems.
• Pharma supply chain experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an integrated program schedule, and work with various stakeholders from across business functions, IT groups, and solution delivery vendors in creating an integrated project schedule, during the planning phase establish schedule, resource needs, and drive detailed planning workshops.
• During the development/build, test, and deployment phase drive all aspects of project management for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with the System integrator, and product vendor (Kinaxis/ RapidResponse team) to build an integrated plan.
• Conduct daily/weekly workgroup meetings to move progressively.
• Disseminate status reports, and conduct various governance review meetings.
• Perform all traditional PM Activities.
