Position Summary
We are currently searching for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Analyst who possesses a strong understanding of project management principles to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and project execution, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Identify process gaps between departments and provide systematic solutions to meet all requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and pain points.
- Define project scope and objectives: Translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and success metrics.
- Develop and document project specifications: Create detailed use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses: Evaluate proposed solutions' viability and potential impact.
- Develop and manage change requests: Manage the lifecycle of change requests, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Participate in solution design and development: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Project Management:
- Develop and implement project plans: Define project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and communication strategies.
- Manage project risks and issues: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, and address issues effectively.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics: Monitor project performance against plan, identify deviations, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources: Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, manage dependencies, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings and communication: Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Support project closure and post-implementation activities: Ensure smooth project handover, gather feedback, and document lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Oilfield experience is strongly preferred (especially Hydraulic Fracturing or similar Oilfield Service)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Confluence, Jira).
- Experience with project management tools preferred (e.g., Asana, Trello).
