About the Role
This role will provide coordination and execution of logistic and operational aspects of both the Investor Relations and Corporate Communication functions. The Senior InvestorsRelations Specialist will be an integral part of our finance team and will lead our communication and engagement with our shareholders and other investors. You will be the primary point of contact for all investor-related matters, such as financial performance, strategy, outlook, and events. You will also work closely with senior leadership and the finance team to develop and execute effective Investor Relations plans that showcase our value proposition and growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with SEC Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain financial KPIs and ratios for internal & external reporting.
- Set up all press releases through wire services for distribution and submit Nasdaq disclosures.
- Draft IR curtain raisers for conference participation and year-end earnings call and coordinate internal approvals.
- Keep Investor Relations website up-to-date by adding and removing content as needed.
- Responsible for daily media monitoring report distribution.
- Scheduling and logistics for all employee meetings, including the collection and/or development of new hire slides.
- Collaborate with internal & external teams, such as finance, legal, corporate development, marketing, and public relations to ensure consistent and coherent messaging.
- Communicate our financial results, strategy, outlook, and key developments to investors and analysts through press releases, financial reports, presentations, conference calls, webcasts, and meetings.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to understand complex financial concepts and translate them into clear and concise messages for different audiences
- Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, valuation methods, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with Investor Relations software and tools, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Nasdaq IR Insight, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
