About the role
As a Senior Interior Designer this position is responsible for providing project guidance to assigned Interior Designers based on the WRAs design process.
Requirements:Responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Coordinator/Manager (PM) and Design Lead (DL) on overall design of project. Main contact for interior design in the project. Manage, mentor and provide training to a team of Interior Designers.

- Must have a good working sense of form, space, order, and context
- Ability to teach, mentor and train our team
- Ability to work through and present multiple solutions
- Ability to produce and develop a concept
- Will collaborate with product vendors and other industry leaders to stay on top of current trends and new materials
Reports
Senior Interior Designer will report to Project Principal-In-Charge (PIC) and Project Manager (PM).
Continuing Education/ Expertise/ Leadership
This role must possess a Bachelors degree in Interior Design.
Minimum of five years experience working in an Architectural firm, preferably on K-12 and higher education facilities, municipal facilities, or housing.
Registered Interior Designer in Texas and/or Oklahoma preferred.
Participate in seminars, conventions, trade shows & organizations relevant to Interior Design, Architecture and School Design (NCIDQ, AIA seminars) in order to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and techniques.
