SalaryThe Senior Interior Designer works closely with the Creative Director to develop every stage of design for our high-end homes and manages the build process from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Develop each assigned client’s design vision
- Develop presentation packages and specification books
- Design and select all materials for the finishes, and furniture for the home with minimal oversight
- Gather finishes, samples and materials from local showrooms and vendors
- Review work before providing to Creative Director for final sign off
- Conduct finish and furniture presentations to clients alongside Creative Director
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural detailing for specifications book alongside team
- Engage with clients throughout entire process
Qualifications:
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with our team
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, and accuracy are important to the success of this position.
- Strong client relations and ability to communicate clearly
- Skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines
- Proficient and knowledgeable with the following platforms: Canva, Excel, Houzz Pro, Sketchup, Bonus: Dubsado and Revit experience
