Senior HVAC Project Manager – Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary To 150k/Year – Los Angeles, CA
- Our client, a leading and highly reputable Commercial & Industrial HVAC provider, is seeking to add a talented Senior HVAC Project Manager to their team in Los Angeles! For over 60 years, our client has been a leader in the market for designing, building and installing Industrial HVAC systems across various industries in the private sector including Aerospace, Entertainment, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Education. Due to growth, they are seeking to add another Senior HVAC Project Manager to the team who will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution for large HVAC construction projects in the greater Los Angeles market. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team that includes some of the industry’s most highly trained and qualified personnel in Southern California, many of which have been with the company for 20-30 years! The ideal candidate for this position with reside near Los Angeles, or in the surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire life cycle of projects with an average size of $2-$4MM
- Team building, Mentoring, Planning and Scheduling
- Contract negotiations, Cost Control and Budgeting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, highly desired
- Professional Engineer License, highly desired
Compensation: This position offers a base salary in the 100k - 150k/Year range. Other benefits include an annual holiday bonus, 401k with company match, healthcare (employee 100% paid), car allowance, gas card, and profit sharing.
