Job Description


We have an opening for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HR Operations). At Achieve, you are the Voice of the Employee, acting as an Advocate and ensuring we incorporate our values into everything we do. You will be an integral part of the HR Operations team, dedicated to building HR operations support that will positively impact all employees and leaders in the organization. You’ll drive a unified employee and leader experience while providing focused HR program management for the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for designing plans to drive talent, culture and capability
  • Participate as a strategic Business Partner to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate influence leadership and act as a change agent
  • Drive organizational structure and performance standards, including developing Organization-wide HR Resource Site and Leadership toolkit.
  • Manage organization-wide HR programs and initiatives, including annual performance review & salary planning cycle, annual engagement survey, talent review cycles, and reward programs.
  • Partner with other HR centers of excellence including learning and development, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR Systems.
  • Provide analysis to management on a variety of HR related measures. Recommend and implement improvements to Achieve and deliver improved results
  • Oversee and facilitate the focus on executive, leadership and management development. Ensure comprehensive development and succession plans are in place for key positions.
  • Act as HRBP/HR Rep Liaison and Guide regarding company policies and practices, specifically creating Standard Operating Procedures to close interpretation gaps.
  • Advise HR Leadership Team, including EVP and Directors of HR on HR program effectiveness, including adverse impact analysis.
  • Exhibit core values and act as strong and influential role model.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure legal compliance and responsiveness while maintaining highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactively partner with third-party vendors to ensure optimization of available tools and resources.
  • Create and maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
  • Design and draft forms, reports, training materials, website content and other communications HR Operations.
  • Facilitate training for HRBPs, HR Reps, and Coordinators.

Qualifications


What you'll bring:

  • 7-10 years of progressive complex Human Resources experience required, including working with a variety of client groups including high volume non-exempt through highly skilled professional roles. Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work as and be viewed as a trusted Business Partner to the organization
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; including demonstrated ability to diagnose systemic issues and recommend holistic solutions
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and frequent change
  • Combination of experience and education (Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in HR or a related field preferred.
