Where You'll Work & The Scope: Vishay, is currently looking for full time Workday Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team as we begin the transformational journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes from across the globe. This individual will play a critical support role in the design and implementation of the Workday Core HCM suite. We're looking for an individual with advance Workday or other HRIS system skills, experience of working in international culture, with proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a passion for using technology to improve Human Resources function. 

 

Ideal candidates will be based in the Malvern, PA area but considerations will be made for remote based employees elsewhere in the United States.  

 

How You'll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Ideal candidate would work directly with key HR stakeholders from across the globe providing inputs on system capabilities as well as driving business process design, system configuration, testing, maintenance and future enhancements
  • Contribute to the Global Workday HCM rollout in Vishay by understand the Vishay's business requirements and help configure the Workday solution to meet our needs
  • Work with implementation partner and internal project team members
  • Be the go-to-person for all colleagues and be responsible for business process support
  • Maintain Workday product expertise and consult with internal customers
  • Collaborate with global HR users to ensure successful Workday implementation and effective end user-adoption
  • Have prior hand-on experience of using atleast one of the Workday modules - HCM, Compensation, Learning, Talent Management. Recruiting, US Payroll
  • Willingness to work across multiple workstream on need basis and establishing yourself as expert of specific Workday module
  • Self-motivation to learn and adopt yourself as per Workday Implementation project requirement

 

The Experience You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years Human Resources Information Systems experience with 1-2 years of Workday administration experience.
  • Workday certifications (active or expired) - HCM, Recruiting, Compensation would be preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Analytical skills, problem solving and a team player
  • Demonstrated customer service, communication, and organizational skills
