Summary:
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to manage complex business initiatives and provide oversight and management of talent to strategically focus on driving business success. You will use your human resource expertise and function as an internal consultant to advise and deliver HR services that will have a meaningful impact on the business objectives and decisions.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned client groups on organizational structure to develop annual talent plans (i.e., talent acquisition, staff changes, etc.); Coordinate with HR and Finance partners to ensure the right talent to accelerate our growth.
  • Consult on the talent acquisition needs and practices; assist with interviewing for senior level positions.
  • Support on-boarding programs to ensure understanding of our people practices; consult on needs and/or deliver new leader assimilations for acquired executive talent.
  • Support the delivery of performance management activities and all talent review and succession processes for assigned client groups. Actively coach and provide direct feedback to leaders.
  • Manage consolidated engagement plans; coach senior leaders on how to effectively provide feedback to employees
  • Effectively manage employee issues to address the root cause and mitigate risk. Manage any third-party inquiries as assigned.
  • Serve as advocate for learning and competency development; partner with executive leaders to identify business learning needs; promote available tools and resources and look for innovative ways to support the development of talent.
  • Collaborate with clients to educate and administer actions in alignment with Vizient's compensation philosophy, programs, and practices; maintain compensation log and monitor for trends.
  • Serve as an advocate for Vizient's recognition, benefits, and wellness programs.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in a human resources and talent management environment required.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex business initiatives and effectively meet the needs of businesses.
  • Strong understanding of talent management lifecycle /processes required.
  • Must be able to work with and maintain company confidential and proprietary information and collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as work independently.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$102,400.00 - $152,200.00
