DESCRIPTION: Cornerstone Lawn Services seeks high-energy, full-time individuals to join our hardscaping teams.

- Must be able to lead a team and complete hardscape projects with minimal supervision.

- Must have a drivers license and knowledge of the landscaping industry.

- Must have hardscaping experience.

- Must be able to install patios. retaining walls, and walkways.

Essential Functions: The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of the hardscape projects. This will include a full comprehension of plan reading and implementation of the design with precision and efficiency; coordination of workflow, materials, and equipment; communicating production goals daily with personnel and management; striving to be the most efficient as possible on the projects without compromising the integrity of the project; keeping projects clean, well-maintained, and safe for the clients throughout the duration of the project; ability to prioritize and multi-task daily.

Requirements: Must have at least 5-10 years experience as a Hardscape Foreman; experience with plan reading and implementation; understanding of elevations and grades; knowledge of the following manufacturers' paver, wall building systems preferred: Nitterhouse, Belgard, Nicolock. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE. Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis. Must be able to manage multiple crews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
