Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join a phenomenal organization & well-known brand in Phoenix, AZ. • Creative Conceptualization: Lead and contribute to the conceptual development of projects, transforming creative ideas into tangible designs.
• Design Execution: Oversee projects from concept through execution to final product, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality outcome.
• Digital and Traditional Design: Create compelling designs for both digital and traditional media, adapting style and techniques to suit various platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, providing creative guidance and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their needs are met creatively and efficiently.
• Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining brand consistency across all design elements.
• Manage Projects & Time Effectively: execute on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and incorporate these into your work to keep it fresh and relevant.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creative concept development and execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Creative Portfolio: Exceptional creative ability with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and traditional design work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage constructively with colleagues and clients
