Senior Graphic Designer

Join Our Team as a Senior Graphic Designer at Cadence! We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer.  In this role, you will lead the deployment of visually captivating and dynamic content that elevates Cadence & our clients' visual storytelling. Your ability to understand client's needs will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success.

Job Functions: 

• Create and manipulate visual elements, including text, images, illustrations, and animations, using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). 
• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with a project's goals and objectives while working collaboratively with other Designers, Account Management, and Project Management teams. 
• Follow client style guides and project briefs to design assets 
• Help create pitch decks and other client decks  
• Work with key stakeholders on Cadence social media presence and support updating content 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in graphic design or a related field 
• At least 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work 
• Up to date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion graphics and design

• Experience designing for social and web a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creativity, and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Strong ability to handle deadline pressures and multiple assignments 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
