You will be joining a global marketing team that manages all facets of digital marketing, internal and external communications, lead generation, brand development, and multi-functional design – it’s a happening department and there is never a dull moment! Our design needs are very broad – you will be supporting creative direction across digital advertising and brand engagement, multiple international brand identities, event branding, customer proposals, signage and multi-discipline advertising initiatives, as well as leading the charge in video creation and innovation. We guarantee that you will have your hands full!
What you will do
- Conceptualize and manage digital and printed design projects in collaboration with the other Graphic Designers and broader marketing team
- Be design support for our multitude of brands and drive brand direction across social media and other advertising platforms
- Storyboard and present video concepts, as well as execute and design video-based marketing materials
- Manage any photo & video shoots required to support marketing initiatives
- Manage external contractors & their project timelines, specifically any videographers and external video editors.
- Design advertising for retargeting, social media and other web-based campaigns
- Design digital landing page layouts and digital assets for recruitment, sales campaigns and blogs
- Printed design initiatives including brochures & flyers, trade show banners, vehicle wraps, uniforms and signage
- Provide design support for customer proposals, presentations and tender responses
- Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership
Our Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years working in a commercial environment in a design role that includes both printed and digital design with multi-disciplinary marketing support
- Experience with organizing & directing video shoots and creating video-based social content & marketing material
- Experience owning brand guidelines, upholding a company’s “look and feel” whilst applying creative innovation to each independent project
- Experience designing for web and social platforms and navigating image compression and size requirements
- Experience liaising with & giving feedback to external contractors
- Experience with project management and managing project timelines (not only your own, but also of any contractors)
- Experience in managing and organizing a large library of assets (video & photo)
- Experience in scoping & leading projects from start to finish (particularly projects that span across different departments)
