What you bring:
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, design or related
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working with a style guide and brand
- Excellent customer service, organization, and prioritization skills
Bonus skills and experience:
- Commercial real estate experience
- Web design experience (Brandcast)
What success looks like:
- You will design and produce visual marketing materials, including but limited to, new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects
- You will design the elements for a successful client engagement (digital, print, interactive, etc.) and facilitate the process from start to finish
- You will successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications
- You will partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a client’s need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process
- You will communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (follow-through and follow-up), and meet commitments and deadlines
- You will devise strong visual solutions for research-based information, such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables
- You will have amiable, “can do” problem-solving abilities
- You will be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direction/supervision
