Job description

Why work for Audigy?
Everyone who works at Audigy has a direct impact on the company and the people we work with. Our mission is to help our clients and their employees achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through their business. Our passion is helping others realize their potential, and our success is achieved by helping others achieve a higher level of success.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Graphic Designer is a key component to Audigy's design team, able to confidently operate with minimal need for supervision, supporting both the manager and the team by owning projects and initiatives, and setting the bar in terms of quality of work and customer service. The Sr. Graphic Designer is an expert at fast-paced, high-volume, thoroughly customized designs - and at navigating multiple internal clients or stakeholders with a strong focus on hospitality and service.
As a Sr. Graphic Designer at Audigy, you will play a crucial role in shaping and continuously improving the impact and quality of work our team produces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and best practices; exceptional creativity; a willingness to act as a model, mentor, and leader on the team; and a proven track record of producing high-quality designs across various mediums.
Culture:
We are looking for someone who is willing - nay, eager - to be an active participant in a professional and people-first culture. As a member of the Creative Team in particular, we're looking for someone who demonstrates the traits and values we hold in high regard: Kindness. Positivity. Professionalism. Someone with exceptional dedication to delivering to our clients and customers the best experience and highest-quality work. Someone who fosters and thrives in generous-spirited collaboration and teamwork. On this team - whether we succeed or learn how to do it better next time - we do it together.
This is a hybrid position requiring work in-office two times per week.
Pay range is $27.00 - $32.00/hr (DOE) and the following benefits:
  • Medical/dental/vision
  • 401(k) w/company match
  • Parental/family Leave w/transition back to work
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Free gym membership
  • Day-care Flexible Spending Account
  • Education reimbursement
  • Hearing instrument benefit

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • High-Quality Design:
Execute high-quality design work from scratch or templates - across a variety of formats and marketing tactics - and for a diverse range of clients within the hearing-care space.
  • Brand Development:
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
  • Design Leadership:
Take a lead role in guiding and mentoring other designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Additionally, act as support to the Design Manager in shaping team culture, helping push manager-driven initiatives, and providing helpful feedback and insight in both directions (to manager and to teammates).
  • Conceptualization and Execution: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Project Management: Effectively and autonomously manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams - including marketing, internal corporate clients, and sales - to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives with an unflagging passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service.
  • Keeping Current: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

COMPETENCIES (knowledge and skills needed for this position):
  • Work experience as a Sr. Designer or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects - especially in direct-response marketing
  • Experience with designing for print
  • Adept with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and XD/Figma)
  • Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them consistently and expertly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Comfortable working with: Macs, Microsoft programs (especially Teams and Outlook)
  • Experience in both print and web design/UX/UI a plus
  • Experience with Marketo or other marketing-automation platforms a plus

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
