Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage dry cleaning projects and staff including supervising site assessments and conduct discussions with senior staff and state project managers.
- Conduct petroleum assessments and manage overall site portfolio. Supervise due diligence staff and conduct senior reviews of Phase I and II site investigations and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience
- Experience with environmental projects including dry cleaning, petroleum assessment and remediation, and UST site management. Knowledge of site remediation and cleanup, air quality and vapor intrusion management.
- Able to work manage and train young staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or similar
- Experience with Parcel or other ESA report production methods
- Experience with AUTOCAD and GIS applications.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
- Please list any administrative requirements such as technical and/or report writing etc.
- Experience working within state environmental regulations and guidelines.
Other miscellaneous qualities:
- Ability to travel, up to 15%
- Provide as applicable: OSHA HAZWOPER training, professional registrations (e.g., engineer or geologist), other environmental certifications.
