Position Overview:

As the Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our card services, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to our card products. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, ensuring the quality and scalability of our card services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain our card services, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, from end to end.

- Lead the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for our card services, with a focus on delivering the best user experience.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements, write technical specifications, and provide technical guidance.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs, and ensure code quality and standards are met.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers, provide technical guidance and assistance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Investigate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of our card services.

- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 2 years of experience developing card services.

- Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.

- Proficiency in relational databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud hosting services.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
