Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails/Angular)
Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with exceptional web and backend development skills to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for building and maintaining our client's web and/or mobile applications. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.
Responsibilities
*Balanced (50/50) Full Stack Developer
*Provide architectural leadership to the team and our client
*Work with an agile team to build, maintain and optimize our client's applications
*Self directed and capable of developing solutions on their own
*Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality focused CI/CD pipeline
*Proficient English and communications skills required
*Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
*4+ years of backend development experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR)
*5+ years of frontend experience with Angular & state management libraries such as NgRX
*5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript such as ES6, ES7 and Typescript
*Development experience with MySQL databases
*Development experience within AWS
*Demonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market
Bonus Skills
*Observability experience
*React frontend development experience
*GraphQL experience
*Healthcare industry software development experience
*Familiarity with modern architectural modalities such as microservices, serverless, JAMstack, event-based, pub/sub, and data streaming
*Container experience with Docker/Kubernetes
