The Full stack Senior IT Developer, on the Sales and Enablement IT Domain team, is responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions. Senior IT Developers lead efforts, oversee work results, provide training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers.
What are the key responsibilities:
- Write code for complex system designs that often span platforms, and can include creating Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Review code and guide other developers
- Write detailed technical specifications for entire systems (made up of several subsystems). Identify integration points. Review technical specs created by other developers. Ensure sufficient quality and compliance of documentation to architectural standards
- Consult with other Developers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and Project Managers
- “Scope” time, resources, etc. required to complete programming projects. Seek review from other Developers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts or Project Managers on estimates. Incorporate other Developer’s scope information into own scope document (for integration points)
- Assist in reviewing vendor products. Provide SME input on compliance of products to architectural standards and impacts to IT environment. Review vendor research and gap analyses. Narrows down vendor choices and makes final recommendation to technical team
- Perform unit testing and debugging. Set test conditions based upon code specifications. Able to debug most program errors (simple to complex). May seek assistance from vendors to debug complex errors
- Support transition of application throughout the Product Development life cycle.
- Act as a technical mentor to other team members
What is Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in software development with Java/Javascript and Node.Js
- Experience with HTML and Frameworks (ie Spring, Hibernate, Express, etc)
- Experience with learning languages (ie Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Kafka, Hive, NFL, Scoop,etc)
- Experience with database knowledge ( ie SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgresSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
- Experience with manipulation of data from various sources/ formats such as: flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc
- Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
- Strong experience using versioning and debugging tools
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in communicating technical information clearly and articulately, to all levels of the organization and to technical and non-technical audiences
- In-depth working knowledge of the systems development life cycle
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
- Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field
What is Preferred:
- Experience with SOAP, REST web service development
- Experience using Agile methodology
- Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $104,600 - $130,700
Annualized Salary Range: $104,600 - $169,900
