- What You Need:
- Core skills: You have 5+ years professional experience writing code with modern web technologies (html/css/js expertise). Bonus points if you have Meteor/Less/Mongo/Typescript experience!
- Mentorship: You care about bringing the entire team up with you. Mentorship is a key part of this role, and you have experience helping junior engineers improve their skills.
- Process/Standards Setter: You drive the iteration of processes and standards to meet the changing needs of a dynamic team.
- Delight Users: You have experience crafting user experiences and working closely with design and product teams to make sure that our users have a delightful experience.
- Coding Enthusiast: You know how to balance getting a feature out the door quickly with crafting maintainable, testable, and beautiful code. And you know when to prioritize one over the other.
- Location: You thrive in a fully remote environment. Currently hiring in FL, IN, IL, OH, WA, WI, and WY.
