The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Analyst to join its team in Kansas City. The FP&A group provides analysis to the executive team in their efforts to make informed decisions and implement operational improvements that enhance the Company's performance. The team is responsible for reporting (internal and Board of Directors), forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, cost management (SG&A, Manufacturing, Distribution) as well as process improvements based on WireCo WorldGroup's strategic priorities.
The candidate should possess advanced analytical skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment handling multiple responsibilities at once. This position will take an active role in all aspects of FP&A. He/she will work closely with the executive team, finance leadership and division leaders on data collection, business analysis, developing tactical and strategic insights and delivering recommendations to management. While assignments are wide-ranging, they typically involve financial and quantitative analysis to support the team in making informed data-driven decisions about short-term and long-term direction of WireCo WorldGroup.
This role will work closely with the executive and business leadership teams and be tasked with projects to achieve the business' operational targets. This includes KPI development and deployment, cost analysis, financial process standardization, customer/product profitability, working capital management (A/R, Inventory, Payables, Capital), procurement and pricing decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience with financial statements, data analysis, financial modeling.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with Alteryx software
- Experience in a Manufacturing or in an international company
- Limited travel requirements for project specific work.
- Self-starter with strong desire to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and focus closely on details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of organization.
- Ability to manage complex large data sets.
