We are currently expanding our consulting team and have an opportunity for a full-time, senior-level Management Consultant to support Federal program development and transaction advisory services with an emphasis on infrastructure and industrial finance. The Manager will lead teams working across domains in the areas of corporate, project, and structured finance to implement infrastructure and industrial policy. Responsibilities include:
- Leading Program Development efforts, including maintenance of program development roadmaps and coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Analyzing credits for program eligibility, policy fit, and financial resiliency on behalf of policy makers.
- Drafting internal policies to guide application review, public outreach, and credit monitoring.
- Advising policy makers as they negotiate with applicants who seek an award.
- Documenting the technical details of the work to facilitate collaboration with other team members, ensure quality control, and inform policy makers.
- Performing tasks related to financing modeling, including reviewing existing assumptions, developing a lender's view, performing sensitivity analysis, and documenting findings.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- A master's degree in economics, development finance, impact finance, or international finance and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership positions including leading teams and directly interfacing with senior-level clients.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across various stakeholders in presentations, white papers and analyses, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other material.

- Knowledge of federal budget and financial concepts including OMB guidance

Pay: $110,489.81 - $145,955.48 per year
