- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and work extensively with business partners to develop monthly rolling forecasts and analyze performance results.
- Analyze records of past and present financial data trends, estimated and actual, understand sales and customer activation commitments and obligations, as well as portfolio attrition dynamics, to project revenue performance
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets related to portfolio & revenue performance.
- Provide analytics around rate, volume, and mix within customer and product portfolios.
- Analyze and provide pricing recommendations to ensure service profitability in addition to competitive pricing versus our competitors.
- Generate scenario and ad-hoc analyses on critical business and financial dimensions.
- Assist with various projects related to acquisitions including preliminary analysis, due diligence and post conversion results.
- Assist with developing corporate metrics and competitor analysis, measuring and reporting performance against them.
- Assist with preparation of financial information and presentations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
- Support Quarterly Earnings preparations
- Maintain and continuously improve performance and content of a large number of comprehensive interactive dashboards, incorporating both internal and external data sources
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats that may impact our portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field required
- MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of Financial Analyst experience
- Experience in Portfolio Analytics or Business Analytics a plus
- Strong Excel skills including experience analyzing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas, pivots and developing models
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders
- Able to work quickly, experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results
- Knowledge of the SQL, PowerBI, and fluency in BI Data Architecture concepts a plus

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay ($61,600 - $105,164), Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
