JOB PURPOSE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides financial analysis, guidance and completes ad hoc requests for the Retail Division.
- Provides significant support to Executive Director of Finance, Senior Vice President of SpinLife and Chief Marketing Officer during annual budget process, including but not limited to modeling of revenue, gross margin, payroll, other operating expenses for the Retail Division.
- Partner with Retail Division leaders to ensure effective utilization of financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
- Prepare accurate forecasts to enable Retail Division to make informed decisions about future investments, opportunities to save, and go to market strategies.
- Analyze strengths and weaknesses of overall financial health of Retail Division and propose corrective action plans to improve business outcomes.
- Support Retail Division Merchandising department with recommendations on discounting, items to stock, and other projects as needed.
- Provide ongoing analytics of margin data from Retail Division’s accounting software and operating system to ensure data accuracy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
§ Three (3) plus years’ financial planning and analysis experience.
§ Intermediate skills in MS Excel and other technology tools.
§ Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements, and reports.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Demonstrated success partnering with, leading, and influencing multiple teams.
