This position reports to the Finance Manager and can be hybrid based in Skillman, NJ or remote.

Role reports to: Finance Manager
Location: Skillman, NJ or Remote
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $73,000-117,300 (if compliant with country laws)
What you will do
The NA SC FP&A Senior Financial Analyst role will support the reporting & consolidations process as well as provide key business decision support and strategic analyses of the NA Supply Chain results and financial forecasts. This individual will generate value-added insights to senior finance leadership to influence overall global financial performance while driving process improvements in partnership with all pillars and segments, leveraging technology as a key enabler while identifying new ways to standardize activities across the NA Supply Chain FP&A team. Additionally, will forge strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders (i.e., NA Supply Chain Pillars, Team Commercial FP&A Team, Global Supply Chain Team, Inventory & Capital Team.) In addition, understanding of FP&A processes, systems, and ability to effectively frame and communicate with senior leaders is a key capability the candidate must possess. To be successful with these efforts, the Senior Financial Analyst must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Shape, Lead and Deliver.
Key Responsibilities

• Mapping process, activities, and interaction models
  
• Support GP Bridges, headcount and other financial metrics' actual reporting, Business Plan, forecasting updates, and quarterly LT's.
  
• Build strong End-to-End relationship between various groups - NA Supply Chain Pillars, Team Commercial FP&A Team, Global Supply Chain Team, Inventory & Capital Team
  
• Drive Continuous improvement ideation and project development.
  
• Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution
  
• Calendar alignment for Business Plan, forecast updates and quarterly LT's.
  
• Support critical SOX/Compliance requirements.
  
• Assist implementation of segment reporting across the NA region
  

Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; a major in Finance or Accounting is preferred
  
• A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience
  
• Strong collaboration and proven business partnering with the ability to influence
  
• Experienced professional with strong communication skills who can interact with senior management
  
• Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
  
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  
• This position may require up to 10% travel
  

Desired Qualifications

• A CPA, CMA of other financial certifications are preferred
  
• Knowledge of general and Supply Chain specific finance/accounting processes is preferred

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
