Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly sales reports and analyses.
Prepare monthly store profitability analysis.
Participate in monthly trial balance reviews.
Prepare S,G&A variance analyses.
Calculate and track customer rebates.
Design forecasts and reports and prepare analytics to measure performance.
Provide support to accounting team during the monthly close, bank exams and year end audits.
Prepare the Daily Cash Report to assist the Finance Manager and communicate Daily Deposit Summary with the management team.
Assist the CFO in processing improvements and financial systems implementations and upgrades.
Assist the CFO in the preparation of quarterly board reports.
Assist CFO with annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts.
Provide support to the management team in preparing reports and analyses as needed.
Other projects and tasks to be determined.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in financial planning and analysis.
Knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Experienced in preparing financial reporting packages for management and BOD.
Knowledge of financial and ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to effectively manage projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
Willingness to learn and grow.

The hiring range for this position is between $85,000 and $90,000 per annum. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
